Comments: I don’t do this lightly, but I am downgrading Paris from 5/5 to 4/5. It remains a solid McDonald’s nation, but not quite as good as I remember it from last time I was here. For one, the kiosks weren’t working, you had to put in a dummy table number and then pick up from the front. It was a whole thing. Also, I felt like there were actually too many sandwich options, including the McChocoNuts, which was literally a sweet burger (no really). And maybe I’m being too nitpicky, but the Big Mac didn’t even come in a box! It was literally falling apart in my hands due to poor packaging. Still though, Paris still came through on the important bits. Big Mac tasted good, the potato wedges and bacon cheese fries weren’t bad, CBO was good, and it was cool to have some local deserts like macarons on the McCafe menu.
