Comments: Given its proximity to the US, I thought I’d be giving this a higher score. I was a little disappointed. First, lunch menu starts at noon here, so I had to leave and come back. There weren’t a lot of regional options, which isn’t a big deal. I appreciated the bilingual order kiosk, but unfortunately there appeared to be some tech issues with the order flow. Every order when to the “in preparation” list on the order queue screen. Nothing ever moved to the “ready for pickup” column, making the screen kind of useless. On the bright side, I appreciated the charging ports at the seating area on the second floor. In terms of food, the McCrispy tasted very similar to the US version (unlike the chicken sandwich I got at the Mexico City airport KFC). The fries were pretty good too, although a touch too salty and not that crispy. Most importantly, the Big Mac came out cold and for some reason had bacon in it. It tasted pretty off, very bland. And the drinks came out without straws or lids, and it wasn’t obvious where to get them. I also didn’t get an ketchup with the order.
